Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday have been great training days. The last three days for me were 7 mi, 8 mi and 8 mi with every run being between 6:45-7:05 per mile pace. Heart rate has been low and legs have felt great. This may all change tomorrow as Josh and I are going 30 miles starting at 5am. Hoping it goes as well as it did last time.

Well, I think that you were good to go today, I on the other hand may have ruptured something that didn't need rupturing. Actually, it was a great run, I just need to eat a little less and hydrate a little more in the days leading up to a long run.
