Thursday - 10 miles in the morning with Trey. Felt really good. Averaged 7min miles throughout the whole run. It was pretty windy and rained on us for a bit.
Friday - 6 miles in the morning. Felt horrible pretty much the entire time. Not sure if its because of previous run or late nights with Brooks people.
Should go for a run later today.
