This morning I met Frank and Brandon at the store and we headed up to Fancy Creek for another run. I wanted to get a good run in but we went up to flag the course at any of the spots that might be questionable. For the most part it was a nice easy comfortable pace and on the first loop we did a lot of stopping to flag the course. I absolutely love running out there. If you come do the trail race you won't regret it. Tomorrow I'm going to be doing a long run on the hills out by my house.
