I backed my 11 mile run from yesterday up with a 14 mile run at an easy pace. I felt really comfortable for pretty much the entire run. As my friend Frank says, "There is a time to run long and a time to run fast and they usually aren't on the same day." The best thing about it was I got to run it with Josh, Barry and Brandon. When you run with someone the time just flies by. The entire route was up and down with hardly any flat spots on the course as you will see in the following link.
