4 miles - 30:38
I decided to go for a easy 4 miles to try and shake some of the soreness out of the legs. The goal of this run was to just get an easy 30 minutes in, the last thing I was thinking about was pace. My average heart rate was a low 150bpm. This week the goal is to just maintain what I've been doing and get my legs back to feeling good. Its looking like my next race will be on March 19th at the St. Patty's Day run.
